Making A Purchase
We accept most current credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and Switch etc. Our online payment system, eTransactions is secure and safe and is used by many thousands of online retailers in Europe. It is also compatible with Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode. We have to adhere to strict, fair trading standards which our intenational French bank Credit Agricole set out for us to follow. When confirmation of your order is received, it indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice or and email about the progression of your order. We have included this term just in case we've made an unintentional product costing error, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the differnet price is acceptable.
Prices shown in UK Pounds are for reference because we buy and sell in Euros. If you use a non EU Credit / debit card, your payment will be converted into Euros at the current rate used by you credit / debit card supplier. We normally update the exchange rate in our system weekly to maintain an accurate pricing picture for our customers. Your bank or credit card company may charge you other fees which relate to a Euro based transaction. We unfortunately can't stop them for doing that but hope that our prices are sufficiently competitive to make your purchase very good value for money.
Shipping and Handling
Some items can be large and very heavy so in those cases we will calculate the cost of shipping on a per order basis. We will always ask you to accept these charges before we progress your order and refund any card payments you have made within 48 hours if you are not happy with the delivery charges.
Please note It is your responsibility to check the delivery is in good condition and there are no apparent signs of damage. If there are any signs of damage please makes sure you write this on the drivers copy of the delivery documents and tell us about it immediately by email or phone. We really need this proof of delivery with your notes so we can take it up with our logistics provider. Photographs are also very helpful, so if you've a camera on your phone we'd appreciate it if you send us some pictures of the damage.
In our experience most damage is only to the packaging material because we always pack our products extremely well. If in the unlikely event the products you ordered are damaged we will arrange to have them returned to us and replaced. Please don't install a damaged product in the hope that it will work! Delivery Schedule
We will always endevour to despatch your order for delivery as quickly as possible. We will normally send your order to you within 3 business days . Most European orders are generally received in 7-10 working days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or other European Union countries, 19.6% VAT will have been added. Orders form other countries are normally VAT free.
Guarantee
Although we can't give more than the manufacturers guarantee on our products you can be sure we choose them because we'd buy them ourselves and expect them to last a long long time. Plus we're always flexible and willing to listen to what you've got to say. We'd rather you were a happy customer because we know bad news spreads faster than good news. Having said that; if you've tried to get a round peg into a square hole with a large hammer we might have to take a slightly different view!
